Mrs. Natasha Chirwa Lungu is an esteemed law lecturer at ZCAS University, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and academic rigor to the classroom. With 16 years of experience as a practicing lawyer admitted to the Bar in the Superior Courts of Zambia, she offers invaluable real-world insights to aspiring legal minds. A proud member of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ), Ms. Lungu is deeply committed to upholding the standards of legal professionalism and ethics in Zambia. This dedication is reflected in her teaching approach, where theoretical concepts are seamlessly intertwined with practical applications, preparing students for the complexities of the legal profession. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the prestigious University of Zambia in 2006, laying the foundation for her illustrious legal career. Continuing her quest for knowledge and academic excellence, she pursued a master’s degree at Uppsala University in Sweden, specializing in Legal Science in 2019.

Since joining ZCAS University in 2019, she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of legal scholars and practitioners. Her dynamic teaching style, combined with her extensive practical experience, fosters an engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically and develop a profound understanding of the law. Beyond the classroom, she is actively involved in research projects, contributing to the advancement of legal scholarship in Zambia and beyond. Further, she is in charge of the legal Clinic, helping students gain first-hand experience in the practice of law. She remains dedicated to her dual role as an educator and a guardian of legal integrity, inspiring students to embrace the noble pursuit of justice and uphold the rule of law.
