Mr. Douglas Rolls is the First Acting Dean for the Law school at ZCAS University. He comes with a wealth of experience in various areas of banking including lending, treasury management, Bank administration, internal audit and Cash-In-Transit (CIT), and cash center management capital markets operations. He holds degrees in Economics, Banking, and Law and is also a certified stockbroker. He has published papers in various areas of law as well. His main areas of interest are commercial law subjects, research jurisprudence, and bank regulation, and law as a tool for development, to name but a few.
