Mr Victor Mwape, a dedicated academic and seasoned professional, brings a wealth of expertise to the fields of law and accounting. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Tax Policy at the prestigious African Tax Institute, University of Pretoria (UP), Mr. Mwape serves as a respected Law Lecturer within the esteemed Law Faculty at ZCAS University. With over seven years of hands-on experience at senior management levels as a Finance & Administrative Manager in a globally recognized organization, Mr. Mwape combines his practical financial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of substantive and procedural law, acquired through rigorous training at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE).
