I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding our upcoming fundraising cocktail event. After careful consideration and in light of unforeseen circumstances, we have decided to postpone the event originally scheduled for Friday 12th December, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this time.
We are excited to announce that the fundraising cocktail will now take place on February 13, 2026. This event is a vital opportunity for us to come together, celebrate our achievements, and support our mission of providing quality education and resources to our students.

- From the university menu, select Option 6 – Others.
- The system will prompt you to enter the first three letters of your school’s name. Enter “ZCA”.
- Select Option 1 – ZCAS UNIV from the list.
- Enter “ZUBUS1” as your Student ID or Computer Number without spaces.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay, without the Kwacha symbol or commas.
- Confirm your payment by selecting Option 1 – Confirm.
- Enter your mobile money PIN to complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation message.
