ZCAS University Delivers Supervisory Leadership Training for ZSIC Life Supervisors

ZCAS University has successfully conducted a two-day training workshop for supervisors from ZSIC Life, focused on Supervisory Leadership & Performance Management. The workshop was held from 25–26 August 2026 at Genesis Boutique Hotel, Barlastone, Lusaka.

The training was officially opened by Mr Collins Hamusonde, Managing Director of ZSIC Life, and brought together supervisors for an engaging and practical learning experience. Sessions focused on strengthening supervisory leadership, effective performance management, team development, and workplace effectiveness.

The workshop was facilitated by Dr Sepo Imasiku and Dr Francis Mukosa of ZCAS University, who guided participants through practical, real-world approaches to supervisory practice.
