How do I apply to ZCAS University?
Apply online through the ZCAS University application portal. Choose the available intake and programme, then follow the on-screen steps. If you need help with the application process or entry requirements, contact Student Administration at admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm.
Where can I find the entry requirements?
Entry requirements vary by programme. Check the Admissions page or open the programme you are interested in to view its published requirements. Student Administration can also guide you at admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm.
How do I know which programmes are currently accepting applications?
Current intakes and programmes accepting applications are shown on the online application portal. If the programme or intake you want is not displayed, confirm availability with Student Administration at admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm.
Who should I contact for help with admissions or applications?
Please contact Student Administration at admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm for assistance with applications, admission requirements and general admission enquiries.

What programmes does ZCAS University offer?
ZCAS University offers programmes across its Schools of Business; Social Sciences; Computing, Technology and Applied Sciences; and Law. Use the Programmes page to browse the current published catalogue.
Where can I see undergraduate programmes?
Use the Undergraduate Programmes page to view the currently published bachelor's, diploma and certificate-level offerings.
Where can I see postgraduate programmes?
Use the Postgraduate Programmes page to view the currently published master's, doctoral and postgraduate diploma offerings.
Which study modes are available?
Study modes depend on the programme and may include full-time, evening or distance learning. Check the relevant programme page or contact Student Administration to confirm the mode available for your programme and intake.

Fees & Payments

Where can I find the current fees?
Use the Fees page for the latest published fee information and payment guidance. Always confirm the current fee schedule before making a payment.
Where can I find the approved payment methods?
Approved payment methods and payment instructions are published on the Fees page. Always use official ZCAS University payment details.
What should I do if I have a payment or statement query?
For payment allocation, account statements or fee clarification, contact the relevant University finance office using the official contact details on the Contact page. Include your student number and payment reference where applicable, but do not share passwords or sensitive banking credentials.

ESIS & Registration

What is ESIS and how do I access it?
ESIS is the ZCAS University Student Information System. Students use it for student-related information and services. Access it at https://esis.zcasu.edu.zm.
What should I do if a course is not registered on ESIS?
If a course you expect to take is not registered on ESIS, contact Student Administration for assistance with your registration before treating it as a Moodle problem. You can email admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm.
Where do I find my Microsoft 365 account credentials?
Sign in to ESIS at https://esis.zcasu.edu.zm and check the News and Updates section for “365 Microsoft Account Credentials”. Use the Microsoft password listed there.

Moodle & E-Learning

How do I access Moodle?
Open ZCAS University Moodle at https://moodle.zcasu.edu.zm. Never share your password in the chatbot or by email.
A course is missing from Moodle. What should I check first?
First confirm on ESIS that the course has been registered. If it is registered, open Moodle, go to My courses and set the course filter to All, then check again. If the course is still missing after both checks, seek further assistance and include your student number and course/module details. Never send your password.
What should I do if I cannot sign in to Moodle?
Confirm that you are using the correct student credentials and try again carefully. If you continue to have an access problem, contact ICT Support at itsupport@zcasu.edu.zm. Do not send your password in the email or chatbot.

Microsoft 365 & Student Email

Is my ZCAS University email a Microsoft account?
Yes. Your ZCAS University student email address is a Microsoft account. It is used for Outlook and for Microsoft 365 services such as Word, Excel and OneDrive, as well as learning resources that require Microsoft sign-in. Your student email normally follows the format studentID@zcasu.edu.zm.
Where do I get the password for my Microsoft 365 account?
Sign in to ESIS at https://esis.zcasu.edu.zm and open News and Updates. Look for “365 Microsoft Account Credentials” and use the Microsoft password listed there. On first sign-in you may be prompted to set up an authentication method and change your password.
What if the Microsoft credentials on ESIS do not work?
If the Microsoft credentials listed on ESIS do not work, contact the ICT Office at itsupport@zcasu.edu.zm. Include your student number and a brief description of the error, but never send your password.
Why should I sign in to Outlook with my student email?
The University sends official notices and communication to students through their ZCAS University student email. Use the same ZCAS University Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook and check it regularly.

Online Learning & ODeL

Who should I contact about online class links?
For problems with online class links, contact the ODeL Department at odel@zcasu.edu.zm. Include your student number, course/module name or code, and a short description of the problem. Do not include your password.
Who should I contact about lecture recordings?
For missing or inaccessible online lecture recordings, contact the ODeL Department at odel@zcasu.edu.zm. If the recording opens but asks for Microsoft sign-in, use your ZCAS University Microsoft account.

Where can I find the Full-Time or Part-Time timetable?
Use the published ZCAS University timetable page for Full-Time and Part-Time timetable information.
Where can I find the Distance Learning timetable?
Use the published Distance Learning timetable page for the current distance timetable information.
Where can I find examination or assessment timetable information?
Check the Timetable and University updates for the latest published examination or assessment timetable information. If you cannot locate the relevant timetable, contact Student Administration for guidance.

For admissions, applications, registration guidance and general student administration enquiries, email admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm.
How do I contact ICT Support?
For technical support with Microsoft accounts and other ICT-related access issues, email itsupport@zcasu.edu.zm. Include your student number and a clear description of the problem, but never send your password.
How do I contact the ODeL Department?
For online class links, online learning support and lecture recording issues, email the ODeL Department at odel@zcasu.edu.zm.
What if my question is not covered in the FAQs?
Try Ask ZCASU for quick guidance. If you still need help, contact Student Administration at admissionsdesk@zcasu.edu.zm and they can assist you or direct you to the appropriate office.
