Invitation for Submission of Company Profiles
ZCAS University was founded as a subsidiary of the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) to enable it to develop, deliver and award academic degrees according to the provisions of the Higher Education Act (No. 4 of 2013)
ZCAS University, hereby invites interested and qualified suppliers—both those registered and not registered on the ZPPA Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System—to submit their Company Profiles for consideration and inclusion on the University’s official Suppliers data base. For the unregistered suppliers, the University will assist in entrepreneur development for them to be registered on the ZPPA e-GP system.
Supplier Engagement Meeting
Interested suppliers are further invited to attend a familiarization session to understand the University’s operations and procurement requirements as detailed below:
- Date: 16th June 2026, at 10:00 hours
- Venue: Room 123/124, Levy Mwanawasa Building
- Location: ZCAS University, Plot No. 5309, Dedan Kimathi Road
Submission of Company Profiles
Suppliers are required to submit their company profiles (should include certificate of registration, ZRA certificate, NAPSA certificate), in sealed envelopes, clearly marked, to:

- Submission Deadline: 26th June 2026 at 10:00 hours (local time)

- This invitation is not a tender and does not constitute an offer or award of contract.
- ZCAS University reserves the right to continue receiving company profiles beyond the stated deadline. Such submissions may still be considered for inclusion on the supplier database.
