Mr. Daniel Chulu

Mr. Daniel Chulu is a renowned educator, administrator, and lecturer with over thirty years of experience in teaching and lecturing at basic, intermediate, and tertiary levels of education. Throughout his career, he has served as a teacher, hospital administrator, and lecturer. Mr. Chulu holds a Master of Public Administration degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree, and teaching qualifications. Currently, he serves as a lecturer in the School of Social Sciences at ZCAS University, where he offers courses in Management, Governance, and Administration. His research interests revolve around local and central governance, public and private administration, human resource management, and sociology. Mr. Chulu looks forward to pursuing a Ph.D. degree to further advance his expertise in these areas.
