Dr. Francis Mukosa brings over 18 years of extensive experience in both business and academia to his roles. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration Degree (DBA) from ZCAS University, a Master’s degree from Edith Cowan University in Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors from the University of South Wales. Alongside his academic achievements, he holds professional certifications in marketing and ICT, including a professional diploma in Marketing and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and Information Processing. For the past 12 years, Dr. Mukosa has been instrumental in crafting innovative business models for various corporate entities, specializing in data analytics, digital marketing, and strategic planning. His expertise is underscored by over 19 scientific publications in esteemed journals. Currently serving as the Director of Postgraduate Studies at ZCAS University, he oversees academic endeavors with a focus on advancing knowledge and scholarship. Prior to this role, he has held positions such as Marketing Manager, ICT Manager, and Corporate Affairs Manager, and has provided consultancy services for numerous governmental and non-governmental initiatives.
