Dr. Chiyaba Njovu is currently the Director for Open, Distance & eLearning and has worked in higher education institutions in Zambia and the UK for nearly twenty years. During this period, he has acquired extensive experience in higher education research, teaching, and quality assurance procedures. Additionally, he has expertise in database consultancy and database applications development, having worked on numerous projects in both the UK and Zambia.

Dr. Njovu has substantial experience in higher education collaborations and outsourced teaching, having served in this capacity for nearly ten years at the University of Greenwich in London. He brings to the consultancy team a wealth of experience in collaborative working and partnership building, underpinned by a robust background in teaching, research, and consultancy.
