Mrs. Mwiza Phiri Mwenda serves as the Head of Department for the Information Technology Systems Department. Her professional journey has been enriched by practical experience in both industry and academia. With over 15 years of professional experience, she boast to have developed a diverse skill set in the field of Information Technology. Her career has included 7 years of work in various IT departments, focusing on Digital Forensic Investigations, Cybersecurity, databases, computer programming, Information Technology management and policy, and project management. She holds a Master of Engineering in ICT and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Currently she is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at ZCAS University, where her research interests include Digital forensic investigations, ICT regulations and policies and Cyber security.
