Mr. Loti Saidi is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive skill set in Banking Operations Management, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Customer Relationship Management, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Regulatory Compliance, Credit, Team Leadership and Mentoring, Strategic Planning and Implementation, and Global Marketing Management. He holds a Master of Science degree in financial services from ZCAS University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Financial Services from the University of Zambia, an Associate Diploma, Diploma and Certificate in Banking and Finance from Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services. He also holds a Diploma in Global Marketing Management from Cambridge International College (New Jersey, UK), he combines academic rigor with practical expertise to drive organizational success and excellence in the financial services industry. He has over 9 years of hands-on experience in the banking sector as a banker. Mr Saidi is also an Associate member of the Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services. He has served in Consumer Banking under unsecured lending and KYC Compliance officer at Standard Chartered Bank, as a Branch Credit Manager at Cetzam Financial Services and Debt Recovery Officer at Vision Fund Zambia and EFC respectively.
