The embracement of ICTs the world over have been seen to be an engine of developmental growth leading to economic growth in many countries. In Zambia, ICTs have not been embraced at a fast enough rate to lead to obvious economic growth. This has in part been attributed to the lack of well trained personnel in the ICT field. Personnel with advanced skills in ICTs have particularly been few, thus having little impact on the sector.
