The University is set to open the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2026. Applications are hereby solicited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team as a Lecturer to anchor the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality Management (One Position)
Job Purpose: Responsible for teaching, consultancy, research and academic related tasks in the relevant field.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five O’ Level credits (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management with at least a Credit from a registered/accredited university.
- Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from a registered/accredited university.
- An earned Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related field from a registered / accredited university will be an added advantage.
- Teaching Methodology qualification.
- At least two (2) years teaching experience at a university / research institute.
- Evidence of contribution to public service.
- Member of a professional body.
