Payments through ZANACO Bill Muster now active
Dear Esteemed Client,
Further to our communication of 12th January 2022, we are pleased to inform you that Zanaco Bill Muster payment is NOW active and available for use. To smoothen implementation of this payment channel, please use any Zanaco Branch accepting bill muster transactions. In due course, this service shall be rolled out to include other channels such as Zanaco Express Agents and Bill Muster on MTN Mobile Money.
Going forward, we urge you to use Bill Muster because of the following advantages:
- The channel is fully integrated with the Student Information System (SIS) and the Accounting System;
- The payment once made will reflect on your portal in real-time and your account will be accordingly credited in the accounting system;
- You will not be required to send proof of deposit, to Finance, every time you make a payment for your fees for receipting. However, you are advised to KEEP the deposit slip for your records;
- When your account is paid up and/ or credit arrangement granted, billing/invoicing will be done seamlessly (automated billing). (Note: Online credit application is being developed and at an appropriate time, you shall be informed).
Bill Muster payments should be used for all Zambia Kwacha related payments EXCEPT for Sterling Pound-related payments (use GBP account) for University of Greenwich and NCC programmes. This is very IMPORTANT.
